About the event
Learning Linkz is excited to offer a Safe Sitter® Essentials class at Learning Linkz on Saturday, July 19th from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM! This engaging 3-hour course is perfect for students Middle School and High School who are ready to take on more responsibility—whether they’re starting to babysit or just want to feel more confident staying home alone.
Students will learn safety skills, basic child care, how to handle emergencies, and what it takes to be a trusted, dependable sitter. First aid and CPR (Not red cross certified CPR, but instruction teaching through safe sitter) is taught as well!
The class is taught by certified instructor Julia Wilson and includes interactive activities and a take-home handbook.
Cost: $150 per student
